Q. What is the process involved with a massage?
A. Wear comfortable clothing into the spa. You will be greeted by one of our sales and service coordinators. You will then be asked to select, from our music center, the music you would like to listen to during your massage, the aroma that you would like to enjoy and you will be required to fill out a questionnaire relating to the type of massage you are wanting to receive. You'll be given a soft robe and slippers to change into in the warm setting of our ladies or men's locker room. You will place your personal belongings into a locker where you will secure those items with a key that you place into the pocket of your robe. You will then be escorted into one of our massage rooms where you will be asked to remove your robe and lie down beneath the sheets while the massage therapist steps out of the room as you get comfortable. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Thus you can totally enjoy the benefits of your massage. A complimentary steam room and shower follow every massage to aid in further detoxification and relaxation.
Q. When do I arrive for spa services?
A. Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Q. What if I need to cancel a single service?
A. You must call at least 24 hours ahead of time to allow the booking of another appointment.
Q. What if I need to cancel an appointment that involves a day of beauty?
A. We will need a 48-hour cancellation notification.
Q. What are the differences in our haircut levels?
A. The salon requirements, the amount of advanced education and professionalism and years in the business.
Q. What does Par Exsalonce offer?
A. We offer all spa body services, hair, skin, nails, feet, group spa
days, gift certificates and a full line of Aveda products.
Q. What products do we use and carry?
A. Aveda - The art and science of pure flower and plant essences.
Q. Are steam and showers included in our massage?
A. Yes
Q. What are group spa days?
A. These are scheduled days for a group of people to enjoy spa services through a company or through one individual who has set up the day. We do spa days on either personal or business basis. For business, if you are looking for a way to treat your employees or clients by providing an evening of spa services for everyone, this is a great way to do it. We have a room for you to meet and we take care of the rest. Catering is available upon request.

Q. How long are the gift certificates good for?
A. Gift certificates expire after five years. All packages are based upon current prices. Periodic price increases may necessitate an additional charge for any package at the time of service. |
